The challenge
A restaurant needs a till fast enough for the queue, a kitchen that hears every order the moment it lands, and customers who can order and track for themselves — usually three products that disagree with each other.
What we built
Three applications on one API: a staff POS for cashiers, waiters and managers with per-item kitchen-display indicators; a customer app for ordering, loyalty and order tracking; and a branch portal for management. Orders reach the kitchen over live sockets rather than polling, receipts print to thermal hardware, and WhatsApp notifications run as their own service.
