HR & Payroll with Biometric Attendance

The challenge
Attendance sat on biometric terminals that did not talk to payroll, so hours were re-keyed by hand every cycle. Worse, device slots could be reassigned, quietly attaching one employee’s punches to another.
What we built
A payroll platform wired straight to the fingerprint devices, with every record keyed by a stable internal ID rather than the device slot so a person can never be silently swapped for another. Around it: employees, departments, leave and leave requests, loans, expenses, vehicles, company licences, salary overrides and an audit trail of every change. A companion desktop agent prints cheques and A4 silently from the browser.
Where it stands
Attendance, payroll and paperwork share one source of truth, on a server we run and monitor.
