The challenge
Peer-to-peer rental needs more than a booking form: double-bookings have to be impossible, commission has to be fixed at the moment of sale, and a signed contract has to exist before keys change hands.
What we built
Owner onboarding with admin approval, a public catalogue and search, and bookings that reject overlaps outright and snapshot price and commission at the time of booking. Customers upload licence and ID, sign the contract electronically and review afterwards. Owners get a portal with earnings; admin oversees approvals and commission.
Where it stands
Live and bilingual, with identity documents served only to authenticated requests.
