The challenge
Workshops cannot depend on a connection, but the software still has to be licensed — and a licence check that needs the internet defeats the point of an offline app.
What we built
A native Windows application that runs fully offline, paired with a licensing server that issues activation codes. Licences are signed so the app verifies them on its own machine without calling home, while the dashboard can still revoke one centrally.
Where it stands
Shipped as an installable product with its own activation and release flow.
