The challenge
A delivery marketplace serves three audiences at once — customers ordering, vendors accepting, drivers collecting — across more than one country and currency, and none of them can be left guessing where an order is.
What we built
One platform across six surfaces: customer, vendor and driver apps on iOS and Android, plus admin and vendor web panels and a customer site. Vendors use their own delivery or the platform pool, dispatch assigns a free driver, and live location and ETA follow the order once collected. Which countries and cities are open is decided server-side, so a switched-off region cannot reappear through a cached client. Cash is reconciled through driver wallets in the right currency.
